It helps to include:

• what you were doing when it happened
• your iPad model and its iPadOS version
• the version of Sound Check, shown in its Settings

Requirements

Sound Check runs on iPad, with iPadOS 18 or later.

Your shows

Your shows live on your iPad, with a backup in your own iCloud. There is no Sound Check account, and the developer has no way to see, retrieve or recover them. The Privacy Policy has the details.
